The fourth recruiting campaign for "Good Proposals" was launched on the 2021 municipal women representative platform.

29.5 percent of the proposals collected were related with woman advancement, 20.5 percent were related with legal right protection for women and children. 7.7 percent with family enhancement, 12.8 percent with reform for women organizations and 29.5 percent with the other hot issues.

Ten proposals as asking for legislation to prevent children from being abused were marked the best and eleven proposals as calling for assisting senior women to bridge a digital gap were listed the next rank. Evaluators commented that the above-mentioned proposals were good indeed for issues brought up based on survey and measures suggested practical, which were significant to give an impetus to women and children advancement.
