Center for Woman Organization Advancement, under the guidance of SWF, hosted a training on April 28, to benefit SWF staff and mediators. Ge Yingming, vice chairperson of SWF attended the training and made an orientation for it.
In her orientation, Ge stressed that mediation for marriage disputes should be put in the first place, i.e. prevention came first. She confirmed that SWF should do a good job in a capacity of the third role in disputes mediation by making a full use of its strength in its networks. She continued that SWF should maintain its consciousness in role-play in legal right protection at grass-roots and contribute to a unified framework for social governance.
The host issued a guidance for family disputes mediation, in a bid to regulate SWF mediation program at grass-roots. SWF Department concerned did an explanation on indicators designed to evaluate mediation projects done. Supervisors for the program were invited at the training to give an introduction to their supervision and indicators related. The host lectured in detail its guidance and issues related.
